The project involves organizing and developing the area in the designated zone. It includes the planned reconstruction of the communication junction at Bułgarska/Ptasia Street, the construction of a new stadium, and creates an appropriate spatial context for this part of the city. The investment is planned to be staged and consists of:
- a new Mercedes-Benz car showroom with a basement garage,
- expansion of the service center,
- a new car showroom,
- a car parking lot,
The central point of the project, the most prominent, is the new Mercedes showroom located at the intersection of Ptasia and Bułgarska Streets. Its form is derived from the brand's trademark and consists of three wings at an angle of 120º. In the central place, there is an information point with sanitary facilities and stairs. Next to it, there is a round panoramic lift connecting all floors. The building has three above-ground floors and one underground. The ground floor features exhibition space with sales positions. The mezzanine consists of an open restaurant area with a view of the football stadium. Next to it, there is a conference room and office spaces. The top floor is designated for office spaces with social facilities. Below the building, there is an underground garage for approximately 160 cars, as well as technical and storage rooms. The project considers the requirements of the visual identification system created for corporate showrooms.
