The investment involves the adaptation with partial extension of existing post-factory buildings from the early 20th century, consisting of three wings placed around an inner courtyard. The building is under conservation protection, listed in the register of historical monuments. The project includes the demolition and reconstruction of the southern wing while preserving the staircase and adding one additional floor to the western wing. The basement area will be adapted for a garage and technical rooms. It is planned to demolish the basement vaults under the courtyard and build a garage hall. The ground floor rooms are designated for commercial functions with entrances from the inner courtyard. The upper floors are intended for office and residential spaces.
