The building, constructed in 1912, was part of the historical development of the Poznań Ławica airport's facilities, located on the so-called Berlin Hill. The building, which has served residential functions since its inception, will undergo a comprehensive renovation with the adaptation of the attic space for additional apartments. The natural lighting for these spaces will be achieved by adding glass installations in the roof slopes. Surrounding the building is a rich greenery, which incorporates a playground for children.
