The tenement house was built between 1893-1897 with historicizing and Art Nouveau features. The front building is complemented by two side wings and a rear annex shaped around an internal courtyard. The project includes the renovation and reconstruction of the building for the needs of urban studio apartments in the front parts and apartments for seniors with club rooms accessible from the internal courtyard. The tenement house located in the city center creates conditions for elderly people to live in an urban environment, stimulating intergenerational contact. At the same time, the carefully designed courtyard with greenery and small architecture allows for interaction in an intimate space.
