The new multifunctional development complex is located along the railway tracks, adjacent to the historic buildings of the Poznań Ring and the contemporary high-rise buildings of Kaponiera. The project takes into account these two forms of development and connects them into a new form of urban development. The area of study is divided into investment fields, allowing for a coherent spatial concept while maintaining a variety of forms.

The innovative, multifunctional typology of the development allows for achieving urban intensity while simultaneously creating open public spaces. The intensity of development decreases in the vicinity of historic Art Nouveau villas, giving way to open green areas, transitioning into a small natural park formed based on the existing greenery.
