The building of the Faculty of Law and Administration fits into the tradition of locating higher education institutions' buildings along the Stubena Ring. Previously, buildings of the Academy of Economics, the University, and the Medical Academy were located there. The project aims to recreate the pre-war idea of Independence Square, as seen in earlier plans at the intersection of Al. Niepodległości and today's Kutrzeby Street. The construction of the university building represents the first stage in shaping this space. In the case of the given location, the significance of the building is indicated by its facade and the internal public spaces. The front elevation corresponds in scale and articulation to the university buildings located along Al. Niepodległości. Its central feature is the large revolving doors that lead to the main hall of the educational section. This space serves as the formal center of the building and is created by a sequence of platforms and green terraces connected by glass walls to the surroundings. They create informal meeting places enhanced by carefully shaped natural and artificial lighting. The visual aspect of this space underscores the significance of the public building.
