Two tenement houses located on Ogrodowa Street, facing Dąbrowski Park and adjacent to the Stary Browar shopping center, have been remodeled for residential purposes with service premises and an expanded ground floor. The top floor features a glazed exposure towards the park. The added side wings have been complemented with new construction of varying heights. The roofs at different levels have been transformed into gardens intended for communal use by the residents. Each unit is equipped with an individual small garden that serves as an extension of the apartment.
