The shopping center building is located at the intersection of residential development and landscape. The surroundings are dominated by a rolling, hilly terrain. Gentle curves and the horizontal form of the building are an integral part of this landscape. Additionally, the colonnades on the ground floor create visual connections, linking the internal courtyard with the surrounding area.

Modular panels arranged in irregular rhythms allow for optimal lighting of the rooms suitable for their functions. The three above-ground floors accommodate retail, service, office, and recreational functions. Designed in an open plan, they enable the flexible shaping of the internal space and its subsequent modification. The underground level contains parking spaces.
