The educational building of AWF adjoins a modernist structure designed by Marek Leykam, engaging in a dialogue of form through dynamically cantilevered brackets and rhythmic window divisions, continuing a spatial concept. With its horizontal layout and the color of its façade, it appears to rise from the turf of the field, harmoniously fitting into the surroundings and the panorama of the old town. The glass façade of the building changes at different times of the day, reflecting the nearby building and the turf of the field in varying light. The spatial composition of the building consists of two dynamically arranged volumes: one two-story, whose direction is defined by two internal atriums, and a third level dynamically assembled with elongated proportions and a perpendicular direction to the lower part. The arrangement of the volumes symbolically represents the mutual relationship between the individual and the collective. The dynamics of the building's structural forces relates to physical effort as the essence of sport.
