The guesthouse is located on a hill, designed for both winter and summer tourism, situated on the site of an old house. The building's shape features a gable roof with a protruding gallery on the first floor, referencing local patterns. The gallery, placed on the southern side, extends from the rooms and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. Depending on the prevailing weather conditions, it can be individually closed or opened. In front of the building is a spacious terrace that takes advantage of the terrain's layout. Local finishing materials were used for construction: stone and wood, both indoors and outdoors.
