The concept transforms a degraded area that is part of a military airport, offering simple and precise architecture with the mathematical and conceptual clarity of ancient Greece. The public space of the University that defines the quality of the complex consists of:
1. University Gate
2. University Avenue - a new linear space - a public passage for the exchange of ideas, collective searches, and communication, an exhibition space for temporary exhibitions, connecting the university buildings
3. Southern Passage - covered with glass, a section of the avenue passing through the educational building.
4. Western Passage - a multifunctional internal space of the building connecting lecture halls,
5. University Forum - the central point, a space at the end of the gate shaped by the educational building with a colonnade closing the square from the north, a sports hall from the south, opening towards the sports areas. A meeting and event place on the University grounds that also serves city-wide functions.
6. Student Forum - an intimate central space at the end of the axis located in the academic courtyard, serving as a gathering place for students
7. University Park - the existing pine forest complex adapted into a park space
8. Sports areas - a designated area in the western part of the complex with sports fields separated by greenery planted in linear forms.
